
Jacqueline Johnson
Jacqueline Johnson is a public-sector executive, board leader, and systems strategist with deep expertise in building award-winning community initiatives, governance frameworks, and cross-sector platforms that deliver measurable, equitable impact. Her work spans parks and recreation, public health, youth development, and civic engagement, with a consistent focus on sustainability, access, and institutional trust.
She currently serves as Chair of the Board of the M & A Culture Building Institute (CBI), where she provides governance leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of implementation to advance the organization’s mission and long-term impact. As Chair, Jacqueline leads board development, organizational structure, and performance accountability across CBI’s four strategic pillars: Community Health & Wellbeing; Education; Sports & Culture; and Bridge Building & Cross-Sector Collaboration. She also serves as Pillar Leader for Health & Wellbeing, guiding strategy and initiatives that promote physical health, mental well-being, prevention, and equitable access to healthy spaces through community-led, culturally responsive programming.
In parallel, Jacqueline serves as Outreach & Special Events Manager for the City of Toledo Department of Parks & Youth Services, where she designs and leads citywide initiatives connecting residents to parks, wellness, youth leadership, and civic participation. Her approach goes beyond events, focusing on experience-based systems that align programming, partnerships, technology, and storytelling to drive long-term engagement and community trust.
She is the founder of One Pill Can Kill: One Voice Can Save a Life, a youth-centered prevention initiative recognized with First Place at the 2025 Ohio Parks & Recreation Association Awards. She is also the creator of Let’s Get Moving, a citywide wellness campaign now in its fifth year, and Park Quest, Toledo’s first youth-designed digital and VR-enabled park experience.
Collectively, these initiatives reflect her reputation as an award-winning parks and recreation
programmer known for innovation, equity, and execution. Jacqueline founded and served as Managing Director of Infinite Grace LLC, a consulting and coaching firm focused on business strategy, financial education, and organizational development. Infinite Grace LLC functions as an entrepreneurial platform supporting advisory, consulting, and systems-building work across the public and nonprofit sectors. This experience strengthens her expertise in strategy, finance, governance, and organizational design, and
complements her public-sector and board leadership roles.
